Delivery is FREE on all orders over £60.00 to all mainland UK addresses, Except heavy furniture items, they are £29.99 to mainland UK. Delivery may be possible to other areas please contact us for information.

Delivery is £4.99 on all orders under £60.00 to all mainland UK addresses, unless otherwise stated.

Excludes: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, PO Boxes.

Delivery can be made to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, PO Box at an extra cost, please contact us for shipping costs.

Small items will be delivered either by Royal Mail or courier, and will need to be signed for. They will be delivered in the time stated on the item description. Delivery times vary for each product listed on this website.

Furniture deliveries are made by specialist delivery companies, to ensure that your order arrives safely, and undamaged. All deliveries will be made whithin the time stated on the item description, for furniture deliverys you will be contacted by the delivery company 2-3 days prior to delivery, Plus the driver will always call 1 hour before arrival . All of our drivers are fully trained and knowledgeable about safe loading and delivery of furniture . So you can be sure that your order and items are in safe hands.

We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, but in any event within days of your order. However we reserve the right not to make deliveries outside the United Kingdom unless our ordering form provides that facility.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, at our contact address, of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within days from the date on which you ordered the goods.

Consumers: If you refuse the delivery of your order for reasons under the Distance Selling regulations or you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, Tallulah Ravens Emporium will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. By exercising your right to cancel you are required to return the goods to Tallulah Ravens Emporium. If you fail to return the goods to Tallulah Ravens Emporium we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by retrieving the goods from you.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fiona@tallulahravensemporium.co.uk and send your item to: Unit 13 Townfoot Industrial Estate Brampton GB CA8 1SW.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
